USER ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.

SERVICES

We provide a platform that matches users with drivers. We do not own or operate any vehicles, and we do not employ any drivers. All drivers are independent contractors who have agreed to use our platform to connect with customers. We do not guarantee the availability of any driver or vehicle.

PICKUP REQUESTS

When you request a towing service through our platform, we will provide you with an estimated fare based on the distance of your pickup. This estimate may vary based on factors such as traffic, tolls, and additional stops. By requesting a vehicle pickup, you agree to pay the fare calculated by our platform.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel a pickup request at any time before the truck driver arrives. If you cancel a job after the driver has accepted the request and is on his way to pick your vehicle up, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

PAYMENTS

All pickup payments will be processed through our platform. You agree to pay the fare calculated by our platform, plus applicable taxes, and fees. Payment may be made by credit or debit card, or other payment methods offered by our platform. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for late payments or other violations of our terms and conditions.

RATINGS AND COMMENTS

After each job, both users and drivers will have the opportunity to rate each other and provide feedback. We may use this feedback to improve our services or to suspend or terminate the accounts of users or drivers who violate our terms and conditions.

REVIEWS REQUEST

Furthermore, as part of our commitment to continuously enhance the performance and user experience of our services, we may reach out to you for feedback and preferences through satisfaction surveys.
